- All wood products are naturally rustic, each with their own unique accents. Wood is intentionally imperfect to highlight character. Cutting boards are made of 100% natural wood and handmade.

-No two boards will be exactly alike and will contrast due to natural differences in grain patterns and color light/darkness.

- All cutting boards are treated with food-safe oil, although recommended use is for decor only.

-Please send image in an Etsy message. Note: WE DO NOT OFFER PROOFS! They cause a delay in our processing & production time. If something is to be taken off your recipe so it's not engraved please state that in your order.

-We are more than happy to engrave recipes in text/font as well but it will need to be EXACTLY as you want engraved on the board INCLUDING font of choice & corrections. Please reach out for help finding a font if you are not sure where to begin. :)

Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to our items being custom made products. If an order needs to be changed they handled on a case by case basis. Please send us a message and we will discuss it further.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
